Singapore Naturally

One of the more enjoyable writing assignments I’ve had required presenting Singapore as a nature’s paradise for a feature story in Travel + Leisure Southeast Asia. This was something of a challenge, and I was initially concerned that I’d have to do some sort of PR spin for this article. However, there are  some delightful pockets of nature in this small little urban jungle, and I’m really glad to have some time out in the sun spent with nature-lovin’ peeps. My favourite bits: Watching animals get stage fright (more comedy rather than nature appreciation) at the Night Safari and cycling in Ubin.

You can read the article here.

p/s: That’s me on the extreme right of the picture above – I was actually looking at a guy looking at fish. He was there for a long time!
